The Pleasanton City Council voted unanimously to approve a resolution supporting the Tri-Valley Cities Housing and Policy Framework at its March 5 meeting.
The resolution was developed at a recent gathering of mayors and councilmembers from Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon and Danville addressing a sub-regional approach to housing, and particularly the legislation coming out of Sacramento.
The resolutions represent the first step in a collective effort to work together on housing solutions for the Tri-Valley region, while still recognizing each community’s individual perspective on how to best meet the needs of its local residents and business communities.
